For over 50 years, DiPasquale Fence has proudly served Monmouth County and the surrounding areas. Originally located on Route 9 in Marlboro, the company moved in September 2024 to a new, larger facility at 482 Monmouth Road in Millstone, New Jersey, on the border of Manalapan and Millstone.
A Legacy of Excellence
Founded in 1956 by Hank DiPasquale, the company built its reputation on honesty, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service. In January 2016, longtime employee Mike Chagrin, who had worked alongside Hank for more than 36 years, purchased the business with his partner Andrew Brito. Together, they remain dedicated to upholding the company’s long-standing values of quality and customer satisfaction. “Hank started the company in 1956, and when we took over, we knew we had to continue its tradition and stellar reputation,” said Mike. “He always stressed doing what’s best for the customer and treating every job like it’s our own home.”

At DiPasquale Fence, customers can reach a real person six days a week, year-round — a reflection of the company’s unwavering commitment to personalized service. “It’s important that customers can reach someone before, during, and after installation,” Mike explained. “We often hear stories about ‘pickup truck contractors’ who disappear after the job is done. That’s not how we do business.”

“New Jersey’s contractor laws have loopholes that don’t always require worker’s compensation,” Andrew explained. “There have been cases where a homeowner hired an uninsured contractor, and when a worker got hurt, the homeowner was held liable for medical bills. You really have to be careful who you let on your property.”

But nothing replaces seeing the property firsthand and meeting with the homeowner.
